Returns.
Take special care when trying on your purchases, in any case of return, ensure that they are in the same condition you received them. All returned items must comply with our return policy to be accepted:
If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in the same condition as it was when it was sent - unworn, undamaged, sent back in original packaging and with all tags still firmly attached. Please take care not to mark the soles of footwear when trying them on or to damage the shoe box. The shoes must be returned in the original shoe box that it was sent in. The bags must be returned as it was sent, any dust bag, leather tags, and tassels must be included.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to get a full refund or exchange. Soiled, damaged and used items will not be accepted neither will a refund be given. Please notify us by email on opesquared2@gmail.com of your intention to return the item with valid reasons.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, we will refund you the full price for any returned item that meets our Returns Policy. However, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the item(s). An email should be sent to opesqaured2@gmail.com advising us of the cancellation.
All returns should be sent to the address indicated.
Refunds
Full refund will be given on all items not worn and damaged. Please see our Returns policy above.
